It does NOT taste like chicken

Just a quick, cautionary tale for y'all.

Over Thanksgiving, I discovered lady-bugs have a very distinct, bitter chemical taste.

It's complicated.

Thought I'd share my scientific findings (and always, ALWAYS look before you eat).

    It's not only the ladybirds (as we call them here) that taste bitter. Even the yellow gunk they leave on your finger does. We used to catch them for out gardens when we were young...
